I am within New Jersey, and have no issues with IP and Wi-Fi, is there any other reason why i am unable to play or not being located properly?. I have registered for a tournament, but i am not going to be in New Jersey. Can I play while I am not in the state of New Jersey?. If I'm located within New Jersey, but near the New Jersey state borders, will I be accurately located within the state of New Jersey?. What happens when I move outside New Jersey while I am playing?. If I'm physically located within New Jersey but my laptop or desktop IP address places me in another state, what can I do so that I'll be accurately geolocated within the state?. What can I do if I am incorrectly identified as being outside New Jersey from a desktop or laptop computer?. 
How do I turn on my computer's wifi signal/adapter?. 
What type of network connection do I need to be geolocated?. 
Can I use my personal cell phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot and connect another device in order to play?.
